Coaching and Consulting

We know being an employer can come with questions and unfamiliar situations.  Kindred is here to help families answer questions, give guidance, and to be a resource of expertise.  Our goal is always to help your family build a long-lasting relationship with your nanny from start to finish!

• 30 Minutes - $55 
• 60 Minutes - $110

Sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes and are held either on the phone or via video chat with one of our experienced Kindred staff.  Here are some of the topics we can help with:    

• Setting up a strong foundation for a successful relationship  
• Traveling with your nanny  
• Creating a positive work environment 
• Outlining expectations and job responsibilities  
• Nanny & Family Relationship Building 
• Negotiating/renegotiating your working agreement
